1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All orders placed on the official Aetherln online store will complete payment verification, stock inspection, goods picking, pre-shipment quality checks and protective packaging after full payment confirmation. Our warehouse fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays, weekends, and any operational suspensions caused by force majeure events.
All in-stock standard items will be dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment clearance. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day, and the 24–48 hour dispatch window will restart accordingly.
In the event of temporary stock shortages, supplier restock delays, or bulk pre-order backlogs, our customer support team will send an official notification email via Order@aetherln.store within 2 business days. We offer three customer solutions: waiting for full restock shipment, split shipment for in-stock items with backorders shipped separately later, or a full unconditional refund with zero deductions. Aetherln will never ship substitute products or partial parcels without the buyer’s explicit written consent.
Customized, engraved, and made-to-order merchandise requires additional dedicated production lead time. Extended processing times will be clearly stated on each corresponding product page for pre-purchase reference.
2. Delivery Coverage & Global Transit Time
Once parcels are scanned and handed over to our contracted logistics carriers, the standard global transit period is 9–21 business days. This delivery window covers the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, all EU/EEA member states, the United Kingdom, Australia, and all other international regions worldwide.
The 9–21 business day delivery timeframe is an estimated reference only and does not constitute a legally guaranteed delivery date. Delivery delays may occur due to customs random inspections, peak shopping seasons, local public holidays, carrier labor strikes, extreme weather conditions, cross-border policy adjustments, and other uncontrollable external factors. Aetherln shall not be held liable for compensation for delays caused by such objective circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total packaged weight of ordered items, recipient destination country or region, and selected shipping service level. All displayed shipping fees include standard protective packaging materials with no hidden surcharges applied after payment.
U.S. Domestic Free Shipping
Orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal of $45 or more qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping across the contiguous United States. This free shipping promotion does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, or expedited shipping upgrades. Customers who prefer faster delivery may pay the freight difference to upgrade shipping regardless of free shipping eligibility.
International Shipping Rules
Free standard shipping is not available for international orders under regular daily store policies. Limited-time global free shipping promotions will be prominently displayed on the homepage, product banners, and checkout page with fixed valid start and end dates. All discount codes and shipping vouchers must be redeemed strictly in accordance with their official release terms.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Liability
1. Domestic shipments within the United States do not incur import duties. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout in compliance with Alaska state and U.S. federal tax regulations.
2. For all cross-border orders including Canada, EU countries, and other international destinations, all destination-country import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees, inspection charges, and any supplementary fines are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
It is the buyer’s obligation to fully understand local import restrictions, tax policies, and customs requirements before placing an order. If parcels are detained, fined, or rejected by destination customs due to local legal restrictions, product non-compliance, or insufficient buyer-provided documentation, all resulting storage fees, return shipping costs, and goods forfeiture losses shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser. Aetherln assumes no liability for financial losses caused by customs intervention.
5. Claims for Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
5.1 Damaged Goods Claims
Customers must inspect outer packaging immediately upon courier delivery. If packaging shows obvious crushing, water damage, tearing, or structural damage, buyers have the right to refuse delivery on-site and return the parcel to the courier.
For parcels already signed for with concealed product damage after unboxing, customers must submit clear evidence including full outer packaging photos, close-up damaged product images, and tracking screenshots via Order@aetherln.store within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Our after-sales team will complete verification within 3–5 business days and offer either a free replacement shipment or a full/proportional refund. Late claims will be rejected due to inability to verify transit-related damage.
5.2 Lost-in-Transit Claims
If parcel tracking information remains stagnant for an extended period, customers may submit a lost parcel inquiry via our official email. We will initiate an official carrier investigation. Carriers typically require 15–30 business days to issue formal loss confirmation. Once loss is verified, customers may choose a free reshipment or full unconditional refund. Early refunds or replacements are not available before official carrier confirmation.
5.3 Item Shortage Claims
For missing items after delivery, buyers must provide complete uninterrupted unboxing video footage and official courier weight certification within 5 business days after delivery confirmation. Our team will cross-reference warehouse picking logs, pre-shipment quality control records, and carrier manifests to confirm liability. Verified shortages will be resolved with free supplementary shipment or proportional refund.
6. Undeliverable, Misaddressed & Refused Parcels
Buyers are fully responsible for entering accurate recipient names, complete street addresses, valid contact numbers, and correct postal zip codes during checkout.
Parcels returned to our Anchorage warehouse due to buyer errors including incorrect addresses, unreachable contacts, unreasonable delivery refusal, or prolonged recipient absence will have original outbound and return shipping fees deducted from refunds. Secondary re-delivery requires full new shipping payment.
If returns are caused solely by our warehouse picking errors or address entry mistakes, Aetherln will cover all freight costs and provide free re-delivery.
7. 30-Day Return & Refund Shipping Terms
We maintain a 30-day return policy compliant with U.S. consumer protection standards, calculated from the carrier’s delivered scan date:
1. All return requests must be submitted via Order@aetherln.store within 30 calendar days after delivery;
2. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and complete with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Customized goods, clearance items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable and non-refundable;
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our shipping error, wrong item delivery, or confirmed factory defects;
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection. Partial deductions apply for damaged, worn, or incomplete returned items.
8. Force Majeure Exemption
Aetherln shall be exempt from breach of contract liability and delay compensation obligations for shipment delays, suspended processing, stock shortages, or logistics failures caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather alerts, customs policy changes, carrier strikes, public health restrictions, port/airport closures, and government mandatory regulations. Real-time disruption notices will be posted on the website homepage during large-scale logistics emergencies.
9. Policy Updates & Final Interpretation
Aetherln reserves the unilateral right to revise, update, and supplement this Shipping Policy to comply with U.S. transportation regulations, international cross-border logistics standards, and internal business adjustments. All revised terms take immediate effect upon website publication without individual customer notification. Continued use of the website and placement of orders after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest policy terms. The final interpretation right of this policy belongs exclusively to Aetherln.
